Getting an overview of policies, programs and resources dedicated to the ecological transition in Europe and in the target countries (Italy, Spain, Belgium, Croatia, Bulgaria);

- Verifying the state of implementation of these policies, the specific objectives, the output and result indicators at national level and in some less developed regions;

- Analyzing obstacles and enabling factors in relation to the economic and employment structure of the target regions, as well as identifying challenges and opportunities for businesses, workers and communities connected to the ecological transition in specific sectoral areas;

- Promoting exchange of good practices and analysis of lessons arising from experiences gained at a local/regional level also in countries other than the project perimeter;

- Modelling successful systems by analyzing their characteristics and examining their level of transferability;

- Sharing recommendations for policy makers and social partners, aimed at strengthening the role of social dialogue and industrial relations in the management of ecological transition processes;

- Providing trade union officials with useful knowledge and skills to get actively engaged in green transition processes and ensure that they generate benefits in terms of good employment, social and territorial cohesion.
